The New Quorum is a historic mansion on Esplanade Avenue in New Orleans. Built in 1911, this property is located in the Esplanade Ridge National Historic District, conveniently situated between the French Quarter and City Park.

Esplanade Avenue was once home to wealthy French residents in the 18th and 19th centuries, including the extended family of Edgar Degas, whose historic home is directly across the avenue.
